There is a time and a place for cute kitties. Believe it or not, though, it's not all of the time.
Perhaps a situation is a bit dangerous or slightly cruel or just a tad illegal. (What is the drinking age for cats, anyway?) Regardless, in more than a few places, cats simply do not belong.
