Miley Cyrus '23' Video Is a NSFW Michael Jordan Tribute

Another week, another Miley Cyrus music video. This time it's for her song "23," from record producer Mike Will Made It, featuring Juicy J and Wiz Khalifa. The video and song pay tribute to basketball legend Michael Jordan -- his jersey number, now retired, is 23.

In the video, Mike Will Made It takes over a school's intercom to play Cyrus' tune, creating an all-out party, which leads to Miley smoking in bathrooms and sitting on basketball hoops. The foam finger that appeared in Cyrus infamous MTV Video Music Awards' performance also makes a cameo.

We wonder if the video is also a tribute to Britney Spears. While "23" is more risqué than Spears' debut video for "Hit Me Baby One More Time," there are a few notable similarities: classroom bells, unamused students in class and bouncing basketballs.

Cyrus spent August prepping fans for "23," tweeting pictures of herself in a jersey:

It's only been two weeks since Miley Cyrus debuted "Wrecking Ball," in which the naked singer swings on -- what else? -- a wrecking ball. She also released an extremely GIF-able music video for her single "We Can't Stop" in June.

Both of Cyrus' previous music videos broke Vevo records, with "Wrecking Ball" garnering 19.3 million views in just 24 hours.

The twerk-loving pop star is releasing a documentary "Miley: The Movement" on MTV on Oct. 2, and her album Bangerz drops Oct. 8.
