While some football fans are crossing every finger for their team to make it to Super Bowl XLVIII, a different kind of dedicated sports enthusiasts are too busy swooning over puppies to care.
The Puppy Bowl, undoubtedly the most anticipated sporting event of 2014, will return to Animal Planet's Geico Stadium to celebrate its 10th anniversary on Feb. 2. The battle for champion cuteness airs from 3 to 5 p.m. EST, hours before the official NFL kickoff, so you'll have plenty of time for tailgating.
Also returning this year is the Bissel Kitten Halftime Show, in case cats are more your thing. But once you see the adorable puppy lineup, you might think twice about man's best friend -- that is, unless you don't melt into a puddle from all the cuteness first.
