The Grammys are known as the biggest night in music, so understandably, the performances outshine everything from the actual awards to the red carpet fashion.
Sunday's 56th annual Grammy Awards were no exception, bringing a slew of the year's most successful artists to the stage, plus a few musical legends for some show-stopping performances.
From Katy Perry's fiery rendition of Dark Horse to Lorde's stripped-down version of Royals to Pink's acrobatically stunning performance of Try, there was plenty of shock and awe.
Stevie Wonder returned to the Grammys stage for a duet with the night's biggest award winners, Daft Punk; Ringo Starr and Paul McCartney reunited on stage; and Macklemore and Madonna made history by performing while 34 gay and straight couples were married on live TV.
And, of course, the one and only Beyonce and hubby Jay Z brought sexy back as they opened the Grammys broadcast with Drunk in Love.
