Snoopy and the gang would like to wish you a very happy Super Bowl.

MetLife released its pre-game commercial for Feb. 2's Super Bowl XLVIII, and it features a few of our favorite Peanuts kids.

The one-minute spot, which will air shortly before kick-off, opens with shots of the empty MetLife Stadium before Schroeder appears wheeling his red piano out onto the center of the field. As he begins to play the National Anthem, other characters slowly reveal themselves. From Charlie Brown and Snoopy to Linus and Lucy, the gang crowds around the piano for the anthem's closing notes.

The clip, created by Ari Merkin and Passion Pictures, is a simple welcome to all those making a pilgrimage to East Rutherford, N.J. for the biggest game of the year.

Snoopy and the Peanuts gang have appeared in MetLife commercials and advertisements since the two began a partnership in 1985.
