Lego's Latest 'Simpsons' Minifigures Are Diddly Delightful

Finally, a peek at the good people of Springfield like you've never seen them before.

Lego released the first photos of 16 additional Simpsons minifigures on Wednesday, and they are truly delightful. Apu, Ralph Wiggum and Krusty the Clown are just a few of the Simpsons series' newest faces.

Each minifigure appears to come with its own character-defining accessory, like a Squishee soft drink for Apu or a newspaper for Grandpa. The series also features new accessories for each member of the Simpsons family, including a doughnut for Homer and a saxophone for Lisa. The Simpsons and Ned Flanders minifigures come included in the Lego Simpsons house set, which went on sale in early February.

The 16-figure minifigure series will launch May 1 and will coincide with a Lego-themed episode of The Simpsons airing May 4. The minifigures will retail for $3.99 each.
