Don't let the pink shift dress fool you. Barbie's latest venture is all business.

The doll has dabbled in more than 150 careers, including holding jobs as an astronaut, doctor and even president in 1992, when the only Clinton eyeing for the spot was Bill. Now, with smartphone and tablet in hand, Entrepreneur Barbie is leaning in.

Mattel partnered with a power team of real female leaders -- otherwise known as Barbie's "chief inspiration officers," or CIOs -- who have founded their own businesses, including Girls Who Code, Rent the Runway and One Kings Lane, among others.

The doll was created in hopes of inspiring girls to dream bigger. Mattel is promoting Entrepreneur Barbie alongside the hashtag #Unapologetic. (Perhaps Barbie's blonde sheen comes from Pantene products?)

As part of the digital campaign, Barbie asked her CIOs for tips on achieving your goals, and is sharing their advice on her website.

Mattel shared the tips with Mashable, including some words of wisdom from the original Boss-Lady "B" herself.
