If you're always dreaming about pizza, why not dream inside a pizza?
A mock-up bed adorned with a pepperoni duvet, sauce sheets and crust pillows has the Internet drooling, and it's designed by Brooklyn-based artist Claire Manganiello.

Right now, the pizza bed may just be a concept, but Manganiello told Mashable that she wants to make it real for her own bed and the pizza-loving masses.
This project makes sense given the enormity of the food's following on the Internet (notably, Tumblr) -- and also for Manganiello, who is a pizza fanatic herself.
"I am from Connecticut, which fed me some pretty awesome pizza in my youth (shout out to Arcuri's and Colony Grill). But then I took a detour for undergrad in Virginia which has turrible [sic] pizza," she said. "When I came back up north for portfolio school, I realized how much I had taken good pizza for granted and I should live every day like it was my last slice .... and honor it accordingly with pizza-themed art."
The idea behind her pizza-themed art pieces started to take shape one cold winter night while Manganeillo and a friend were walking between bars.
"We were talking about how nice it would be to be able to crawl under the cheese layer on a piece of pizza and then eat your way out."
So, maybe Manganeillo hasn't exactly figured out the "edible" part yet, but she is intent on making a functional pizza bed (at bare minimum) her focus this summer.
You'll want to keep your eyes open for a Kickstarter page. And, while you're twiddling your thumbs waiting for your very own pizza bed, have a look at Manganeillo's other projects at Claire and Emily.
