Derek Jeter played the final home game of his 20-year Major League Baseball career at Yankee Stadium on Thursday night.

After months of relentless hype, fans were finally treated to the one moment they'd been waiting for: Jeter's final exit from the field where he became a baseball legend, 14-time All-Star and five-time World Series champion after first cracking the Yankees' big-league squad as a 20-year-old way back in 1995.
