The new 432 Park Avenue is the tallest residential building in the Western Hemisphere. It's the first in a wave of new super-tall apartment buildings coming to New York’s skyline.
Its top-story penthouse, which recently sold for around $95 million, boasts a view of the city that one would usually need a helicopter to behold.
