Too Many Cooks, which debuted during a lowly 4 a.m. time slot recently, starts off as a cute parody of 1980s to early '90s sitcom opening credits, but then slowly transforms into what serial killers dream of.
The idea for the sketch came from Casper Kelly, co-creator of Your Pretty Face is Going to Hell and former writer for Adult Swim staples Harvey Birdman: Attorney at Law, Squidbillies and Aqua Teen Hunger Force.
