Netflix's prison comedy Orange Is the New Black is roping in talent from down under.
Australian Ruby Rose -- a former MTV voice jockey, model and DJ -- will play a Litchfield inmate named Stella Carlin during Season 3, which will debut in full in June or July.
Netflix confirmed the casting to Mashable, adding that the character's "sarcastic sense of humor and captivating looks quickly draw the attention of some of Litchfield's inmates."
The 28-year-old actress announced the news herself on Facebook, where she posted Elle magazine's description about her role. Rose "oozes raw sex appeal even in an orange jumpsuit, as the newest inmate –- and lust object of both Piper and Alex," reads the excerpt.

Netflix didn't provide any plot details, so it's unclear whether a love triangle will emerge involving Taylor Schilling's character Piper Chapman and Laura Prepon's character Alex Vause. It's also unknown if Rose will employ her Australian accent.
