Awards season has kicked off and with the People's Choice Awards, the most prestigious award show since the MTV Movie Awards (nope).
Wednesday night, the best and brightest of Hollywood (read: a gaggle of CBS-owned actors and Ben Affleck) crowded into an auditorium to celebrate the achievements of their agents for scoring them at least one award this season.
The show was only slightly more exhilarating than reading the iTunes terms of service agreement and was hosted by Allison Janney and Anna Farris from (gasp) CBS's Mom.
