We know that the Apple Watch should be coming early this year, but now there's proof the launch will coincide with the next major version of iOS.

9to5Mac noticed that the latest iOS 8.2 beta for the iPhone adds Bluetooth support for the Apple Watch.

Found in iPhone's Bluetooth menu, the new panel also mentions an "Apple Watch app," confirming the watch will come with a companion app.

The current version of iOS is 8.1.2, and this new info does not mean the 8.2 version is coming next. In fact, a December report from Macrumors claimed there would definitely be a 8.1.3 version, likely bringing just bug fixes and minor updates.

While Apple's official release date for the Apple Watch is "early 2015," a recent report said the device, originally unveiled in Sept. 2014, will be coming in March, and a report from November 2014 pegged the release for the spring.
