The one-year-old's name is Rami, and he's as rare as he is majestic. According to the Moultrie Colquitt County Humane Society's Facebook page, he's also available for adoption. But you'd be facing some stiff competition in adopting him -- within hours of posting, his image had been shared more than 29,000 times. Rami was so popular, the center put out a notice to have people send in early applications.

So far it seems Rami has had no problem balancing his giant head with his petite body. And he's definitely not letting his stature change his playful nature, according to Facebook.
I'm full of energy. I don't like walking on a leash. I'm a sweetie pie, and love to run. I don't listen very well, so you'll need to take some time to train me. Because I tend to be a bit hyper, I might not be the best addition to a household with little kids. But I'm sure that all I need is a little lovin'.
