EARLIER: Stay calm, Game of Thrones fanatics; the moment has arrived.
HBO screened the final two episodes of Season 4 of GoT Thursday night in IMAX theaters, capping off the viewing with a special airing of the first full trailer for Season 5. And, because this is 2015, someone recorded it on a phone and uploaded it to YouTube for the rest of the Seven Kingdoms to behold.
The blurry trailer will undoubtedly be pulled before you can say "Winter is coming," so we'll highlight the most notable moments here:
1. Littlefinger to Sansa: “There’s no justice in this world. Not unless we make it … avenge them.”
2. A bearded Tyrion emerging from a crate, bruised but unbroken.
3. Margaery and Tommen holding hands and making the world cringe.
4. Arya with Needle.
5. Jon Snow. 'Nuff said.
6. Daenerys Targaryen: “I’m not going to stop the wheel. I’m going to break the wheel.”
7. And, the most important scene: An conversation between Varys and Tyrion.
Varys: "The seven kingdoms needs a ruler loved by millions with a powerful army and the right family name."
Tyrion: "Good luck finding him."
Varys: "Who said anything about him?"
The Game of Thrones Season 5 premieres April 12.
