The debate is over. The dress that had the Internet booking eye appointments is ... *drumroll* ... black and blue.

We're super sorry, Team White and Gold. Take one last moment to think the dress looks like something Donald Trump designed.

On Thursday, a vicious debate over the color of a lace and synthetic, body-hugging dress divided nations and families. But, thanks to several eagle-eyed web sleuths (who probably saw black and blue from the beginning) who found the dress for sale online, we can stop arguing and go back to being excited about House of Cards.

British clothing retailer Roman Originals appears to sell the dress in question (sans jacket), and it's most definitely black and blue:

The store also offers the dress in pink, red and, yes, white -- but there's no gold to be seen.

If you want to wear this piece of Internet history at your next moderately classy cocktail party, it retails for £50 ($77).

A Tumblr user known as swiked, shared a photo of the dress being worn at a wedding, and confirmed that it is most definitely black and blue IRL. Buzzfeed reported that the woman who witnessed the dress in-person, and posted it to Tumblr, is Caitlin McNeill, a member of the Scottish folk band Canach.
