While President Barack Obama was over at Jimmy Kimmel Live reading mean tweets, Michelle Obama stopped by Ellen for a little dance party, because even the POTUS and FLOTUS enjoy some good ol' virality.

The First Lady and Ellen broke it down to "Uptown Funk" -- the current contender for most beloved song of the Internet -- as a way to celebrate the fifth anniversary of the Let's Move campaign.

"We’re asking folks all across the country to #GimmeFive ways their leading a healthy life," Obama said. "We’ve got a lot of celebrities involved. Beyoncé gave me five, and Ryan Seacrest and Nick Jonas and even the astronauts on the space shuttle."

Obama and DeGeneres were joined by the So You Think You Can Dance all-star team -- and, we won't lie, the FLOTUS' dance moves are enough to make a dragon retire.

The full episode will air on Monday.

And here's Joe Biden doing bicep curls as part of #GimmeFive. Haven't you always wanted to see that?
