Apple is working on an Internet television service that would offer 25 channels including three of the major broadcast networks, according to a report from the Wall Street Journal.

The service would feature ABC, CBS and Fox as well as a variety of cable channels including ESPN and FX for between $30 and $40 per month, according to the report. Subscribers would be able to access the service on Apple's mobile devices as well as the company's set-top box, Apple TV.

Dish Network announced its OTT service, Sling TV, in January. Sony is preparing its own service called Vue.
