It's hard to resist an adorable corgi, but 500 of them? IRL? Good luck, amigo!
Owners of the famously squat breed hit Huntington Beach, California, a.k.a Surf City, in style on Saturday afternoon for the ninth-annual Corgi Beach Day, while their dogs waddled, splashed and rolled in the sand to comical effect.
The 4-hour event, which trended on Twitter under #SoCalCorgiBeachDay, drew an estimated 500 or so corgis -- up from the 300 dogs who hit the beach in 2013. The pups arrived au naturel and in costume, including Instagram stars Dale Corgi and Luna Snookums.
