LG Watch Urbane, the company's latest smartwatch originally unveiled at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, is now available for order in the Google Store.

The watch costs $349 -- exactly the same price as the cheapest version of the Apple Watch Sport -- but it's actually more of a competitor to the stainless steel Apple Watch. Like that device, it has a stainless steel case, and it comes with a leather band.

As far as specifications go, the LG Watch Urbane has a 1.3-inch P-OLED, Gorilla Glass 3 display, a 1.2GHz Snapdragon 400 processor, 512MB of RAM, 4GB of memory and a 410mAh battery. It's water resistant up to IP67 specifications and comes in two colors: silver and gold.

The Google Store product page for the LG Watch Urbane says units will ship "by May 8".

There's still no word on when the LG Watch Urbane LTE, which runs on a customized version of WebOS instead of Android Wear, will arrive in the U.S.
