On Friday morning, Baltimore City State's Attorney Marilyn J. Mosby announced criminal charges against the six officers involved in the death of Freddie Gray, including the charge of murder.
As she read the charges, the crowd gathered in front of Baltimore City Hall erupted in cheers -- and the elation continued on the streets of the city throughout the day.
Men, women and children all took to the street -- not to protest this time but rather to celebrate.
