For a few hours on Wednesday, the crew from the latest installment of George Miller's Mad Max series -- Mad Max: Fury Road -- turned the Sydney Opera House into a post-apocalyptic circus of engine grease and fire-breathing guitars.
To celebrate the Sydney premiere of the homegrown pop culture phenomenon on Wednesday night, 10 customised cars from the film -- including the "War Rig", "Doof Wagon" and "Gigahorse" -- travelled down to Circular Quay in the inner-city and briefly shut down a nearby freeway, according to ABC News.
This is what it looks like when a horde of crazy gearheads with tricked-out cars and motorcycles take over a national landmark.
