Sam Smith is adorable, even when he can't speak.
Smith won Top Male Artist during Sunday's Billboard Music Awards, but after recent surgery on his vocal cords, he couldn't actually speak during his acceptance speech. Instead, he took a page from Love Actually and used cue cards to thank his fans -- and sent a message to a few of his BFFs, including Taylor Swift and Ed Sheeran.
