Bill Murray wins for sweetest David Letterman farewell yet.
Murray was a guest on the Late Show host's penultimate episode on Tuesday, and he would not be outdone by the guests who preceded him. After all, Murray was, in fact, Letterman's first guest on Late Night when he began hosting in 1982.
So, when Letterman announced Murray as his next guest, a giant "Goodbye, Dave" cake was wheeled out onto the set -- with the actor hidden inside.
