Be warned: If you say something nice about Taylor Swift on the Internet, she will hunt you down and shower you with gifts and hugs.

The tradition is officially called #Taylurking, and it's creepy and wonderful.

A fan named Jill mentioned on Tumblr that she was going to the Grammys and Swift saw the post thanks to her sixth sense for compliments.

When I posted on tumblr I was going to the grammys and Taylor commented and on another post she said the second reply. I AM ACTUALLY SHAKING. WHAT IS GOING ON A photo posted by Jilly (@jillralkee) on Feb 7, 2015 at 7:19pm PST

Still, Jill wasn't expecting much.

"I didn’t want to get my hopes up because I didn’t want to be crushed and I know how much Taylor has going on at the Grammys," she wrote on her Tumblr. "So I wouldn’t be that sad if it didn’t happen."

But Taylor didn't disappoint -- Swift's publicist found Jill during the ceremony and escorted her to the VIP section under the stage to meet her idol. After grabbing a quick hug from Sam Smith, Jill met Taylor, who recognized her right away.

Swift complimented Jill's outfit, hugged her and demanded to take a second selfie because Swift thought she looked creepy in the first. What's more, Jill and her Grammy date are now officially an item after the singer told him that they make a cute couple. And you can't really argue with Taylor Swift.

Taylors publicst tree came and got me from my seat and brought me backstage to meet Taylor. Right when I saw her, she said JILL!!! And we got to talk for 3 minutes. She was so sweet again, told me I looked beautiful and told me she'd she me online. Best day of my life. 2/8/15 A photo posted by Jilly (@jillralkee) on Feb 8, 2015 at 8:11pm PST

Swifties, prepare yourself -- her surveillance never sleeps and there's no telling when the next sneak attack will come. She was even checking out fans' social media during the Grammy Awards.

Though in Swift's defense, that ceremony went on forever.
