Imagine asking an Apple Store employee for advice, and getting the response that Apple products aren't very good.

This is exactly what happened to Apple customers who ran into one of the four pranksters, known on YouTube as NelkFilmz, disguised as Apple employees.

One customer seems to be on the verge of actually giving up on Apple and going into a Microsoft store instead. "The Airs are so bad...don't tell anyone, but they're really bad. Ever tried the Microsoft tablets?" the fake Apple employee, backwards baseball cap and all, tells him.

Of course, it doesn't take long for the actual employees to discover the impostors, who then promptly -- and loudly -- "quit" their "job," inviting everyone to switch to Microsoft. It may all be fun and games, but we can't wait to see the impact of this prank on Microsoft's Surface sales.
