Putting on a bathing suit is the first step of going to the beach. For a lot of women, it’s also the hardest step.

The new swimsuitsforall ‘Beach Body. Not Sorry.’ campaign, starring curvy model Denise Bidot, reminds women to embrace their curves and to put on their favorite bathing suit regardless of possible body shamers.

The campaign video features a completely un-retouched Bidot in a two-piece, sensually explaining how she has grown to accept every aspect of her body. “I’ve learned to just really love every bit of it: the cellulite, the stretch marks. Everything that at one point when I was younger thought was an imperfection, I now realized is everything that makes me, me,” she explains in the campaign video.

The online swimsuit retailer teamed up with Bidot to empower women to feel comfortable and confident in a swimsuit regardless of their size. “It’s time to stop apologizing. I want women to feel confident and sexy by knowing that there’s nothing wrong with being yourself. Forget all the rules,” says Bidot.

Ladies, you heard it here, it's time for you to be #notsorry about your beach bods.
