Somewhere out there, Frank Ocean is laughing at our pain.
Back in April, the Grammy winner announced his new album, Boys Don't Cry, would drop in July.
It's now August 4.

Fans aren't pleased at the singer's negligent behavior. They're shocked to see him cavalierly go shopping and add new merchandise to his website instead of releasing the damn album already.
But there have been hints in the past that the album would be out any day now. We did some digging and uncovered the 31 times Boys Don't Cry was dangerously close to dropping:
