LONDON –- Deep breaths, folks.

Comedy Central just signed a new four-year deal for the exclusive rights to broadcast Friends in the UK. To celebrate, the network is bringing parts of the sitcom's set to Britain's capital for a Friends-themed festival.

"FriendsFest" will take place in Brick Lane's The Boiler House from 16 – 20 September, and will include original props from the show as well as a full-scale recreation of Monica's apartment. Guests will also get the opportunity to sit on the Central Perk coffee shop couch.

The only slight catch might be tickets. Unsurprisingly, the event looks set to be ridiculously popular, and the first batch of tickets already sold out within 13 minutes of being released.

Luckily, it looks as though there will be more in the pipeline. Anyone interested in going should follow Comedy Central UK on Twitter for updates.

Just a reminder: there may be more #FriendsFest tickets available soon. Don't worry, you'll get plenty of warning! pic.twitter.com/cAB1ZYMFjL— Comedy Central UK (@ComedyCentralUK) August 12, 2015
