Donald Trump had his latest brush with the media Friday night and sat for an interview with the One America News Network, a conservative news channel. The host? Former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin.

The short interview didn’t produce the same kind of fireworks as Trump’s recent back-and-forths with Fox News’s Megyn Kelly or Univision’s Jorge Ramos.

Trump and Palin actually seemed to get along, with Palin declaring at the top of the interview that Trump’s campaign was “avant-garde” and calling his backers “trumpeters” or “Trumpservatives.”

The feeling was mutual. For his part, Trump said Palin was a “terrific person.”
