As a photographer for National Geographic, Trevor Frost has a much cooler job than most.

His latest project required him to get way up close to saltwater crocodiles in northern Australia, where he captured POV video of what it's like to get trapped in a croc's jaws.

But one of the coolest clips to come out of Frost's adventures is this mind blowing video of a crocodile using its tail to propel itself toward a dangling piece of food.

A video posted by Trevor Frost (@tbfrost) on Sep 11, 2015 at 5:58am PDT

"Crocodiles have incredibly strong tails," Frost explains in the video's description. "Their tails propel them in the water like torpedoes from a submarine. In fact, as you see here, their tails are so strong that they can propel their entire body out of the water. Crocodiles are so cool."

This is either enormously cool or absolutely horrifying, depending on your level of tolerance for aquatic animals.
