It was a highly anticipated session of Prime Minister's Questions -- Prime Minister David Cameron versus the newly elected opposition Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn.

Prime Minister's Questions, known as PMQs, are asked by MPs weekly on Wednesdays when the House of Commons is in session. The back-and-forth between Corbyn and the prime minister as Corbyn presented questions sent to him over social media was riveting. The discussion covered housing, mental health and serious issues, and then it veered slightly offcourse.

Andrew Turner, Tory MP for the Isle of Wight, decided it would be a great opportunity to point out that the Isle of Wight zoo was having trouble importing a tiger. An almost surreal exchange followed.

"I do want to hear about the tiger," Cameron responded. He told a story about a time he helped Cotswild Wildlife Park with a rhino and they were so grateful they named it after his daughter, Nancy. His answer to the question was basically that he cared about it and "we will help."

Judging by the shouts in the room and the confused outcry on Twitter, these animals are the stars of the session.

Way to get Isle of Wight politics on the map. Here's hoping they get their tiger soon.
