Some celebrities ignore the body shamers who inevitably always have strong words for them.
Gigi Hadid is not one of those people.
The 20-year-old model and Kardashian pal penned an open letter on her Instagram account addressing criticism she has received this month after walking in New York and Milan fashion weeks for top designers Diane von Furstenberg, Tommy Hilfiger, Jeremy Scott, Anna Sui and Versace.

The daughter of Former model Yolanda Foster acknowledged that her body type may be different than other supermodels. “I’m a hard worker that's confident in myself, one that came at a time where the fashion industry was ready for a change,” Hadid explained in her note. “I represent a body image that wasn’t accepted in high-fashion before. Yes, I have boobs, I have abs, I have a butt, I have thighs.”
Hadid, who says she's always had an athletic build, previously revealed that when she started modeling, agencies told her that she would need to lose weight.

"If you don't like it, don't follow me," she added. "Don't watch me, cause I'm not going anywhere. If I didn't have the body I do, I wouldn't have the career I do. I love that I can be sexy... I hope everyone gets to a place in their life where they'd rather talk about the things that inspire them over the thing that brings others down."
As her BFF Taylor Swift says, haters gonna hate.
