LONDON -- Deep breaths people, J. K. Rowling is writing another children's book.

Under her pseudonym Robert Galbraith, Rowling gave an interview with Stephen Mayo for the BBC Radio 2 Book Club, saying, "I will definitely write more novels as J. K. Rowling. Novels in the plural, I have so many ideas in my head.

"I have an idea for a children's book. Actually I have written part of a children's book that I really love so I'm definitely going to finish that."

No word was given on the genre of the book or whether it is in any way related to the Harry Potter series, but in discussing the forthcoming Potter play The Cursed Child, Rowling said "I've always said I'm not going to say never.

"There were things I had in my head about what happened 19 years [after Voldemort's demise]. I personally had no desire to write it as a novel, for reasons that I think will become clear when people see the play. I'll just say that this play would never have happened if this particular team hadn't come to me. They're extraordinary and I think together we're going to make a really fantastic experience for people."

Harry Potter and the Cursed Child is on sale now. Tickets and information are available here. The new Robert Galbraith novel, Career of Evil, is also available now.
