The evolution of Victoria's Secret million-dollar Fantasy Bras

The Victoria's Secret Fantasy Bra is more than just an undergarment -- it is an embellished piece of lingerie that has adorned the world's biggest supermodels for almost two decades.

The brand announced Taylor Swift's BFF, model Lily Aldridge, will wear the coveted bra in this year's Victoria's Secret fashion show, which takes place on Nov. 10 and airs on CBS Dec. 8. The bra is reportedly worth $2 million.

According to Vogue, the 2015 bra took 685 hours of labor. It's set with 6,500 precious gems and 18-karat gold. Created by jeweler Mouawad, the Fireworks Fantasy Bra is valued at $2 million, which is inexpensive compared to many of the bras below.

Aldridge, who is a seven-year Victoria's Secret veteran, will strut down the runway with models Alessandra Ambrosio and Adriana Lima as well as newcomers Gigi Hadid and Kendall Jenner next Tuesday.
