The beauty of indulging in a Bloody Mary is that it's really a veritable health treatment, when you consider all the nutrients and lycopene in tomato juice. (That's our story and we're sticking to it.)

Whip up this Mexican cuisine-inspired Bloody Mary for your next family holiday or weekend brunch.

This riff on a classic Bloody Mary takes a culinary trip to Mexico with cumin, freshly diced cilantro and tequila, instead of the standard vodka.

Use a low sodium tomato or vegetable juice and use the smoky, tangy marinade from a can of chipotles en adobo for your dose of heat. Don't forget that sprinkle of lime juice at the end.

These drinks are delicious enough to enjoy virgin, but really...why would you?
