Get ready for more "Gangnam Style."

Psy, the South Korean rapper who dominated airwaves and YouTube in 2012 with his breakout smash "Gangnam Style," is set to release a new album, titled Chiljip PSY-Da, on Dec. 1. The title is Korean for "This Is Psy's Seventh Album."

It'll mark his first album in the three years since the infectious pop hit made Psy an international household name and notched an unprecedented 2.1 billion views on YouTube.

Psy spoke about the difficulty of writing a follow-up to such a massively successful song at a press conference in Seoul on Monday, according to the AP.

"There were many thoughts going around in my head, including thoughts like, 'If I write like this, it would be not as good as Gangnam Style,' and 'If I write like this, the international audience will not understand,' so it took me a very long time to organize all those thoughts into one," Psy said.

The album will also cover a variety of different musical styles and emotions.

"Because this is an album that retains my continued desire as a lyric writer who wants to try things other than love songs in a movie-like way, there are several genres," he continued.

Psy has also been tweeting about the various featured artists on the album, including CL, a solo artist and member of girl group 2NE1. Their track, "Daddy," already has a bonkers new music video.
