LONDON -- Another episode of University Challenge, another legendary contestant who manages to single-handedly send Twitter into a frenzy.
We've had the student who wore a vest, the woman studying "sphincter preservation", and even that guy who was scared by the sound of the buzzer, but now it's time for all of them to step to one side because there's a new player in town.

Yep, that's right: Monday night's episode of the BBC Two quiz show saw the return of Barto Joly de Lotbiniere, a.k.a the University of York student whose name is so spectacularly long it barely fits onto the placard in front of him.
Unsurprisingly, Twitter had a few things to say about Barto's name.
Some people were in awe.
Great contestant name on #Universitychallenge - Joly de Lotbiniere.— K (@KlaraWallander) November 30, 2015
Yes!!! Barto Joly de Lotbiniere is back on Uni Challenge! The guy is a legend! His name should win all on its own. #universitychallenge— Ben Macpherson (@DrBenMacpherson) November 30, 2015
York already win for having the contestant with the best last name.#universitychallenge— Catherine Mc Nally (@Cathemc) November 30, 2015
Others were less impressed.
Well that's just a silly name isn't it. #UniversityChallenge pic.twitter.com/JdE2klqIOq— Tyler Ryan (@TylerRJ_) November 30, 2015
He's made that name up especially for this #universitychallenge— Steve Dav-e (@tynee08) November 30, 2015
It wasn't long before the jokes started.
If Joly de Lotbiniere's name were any longer they'd have had to drop the mascot #universitychallenge— Rudedik (@mervynreeves) November 30, 2015
Even Joly de Lotbiniere himself has difficulty saying his name. #universitychallenge— R M (@rmfarley9) November 30, 2015
Can't pronounce the contestant's name let alone answer the questions. #universitychallenge pic.twitter.com/OaPefAjNdP— Matthew Dewis (@mattydewis) November 30, 2015
Wow - this guy has the same name as my World of Warcraft enchanted paladin. #universitychallenge pic.twitter.com/BbTp2olL5m— Toby Earle (@TobyonTV) November 30, 2015
The good news is that the University of York won, which means this won't be the last we've seen of Barto Joly de Lotbiniere.
