Biebs creepily posted a picture of a girl and asked his 47 million followers, "Omg who is this!!" The photo has over 1 million likes.

Beliebers uncovered her identity, letting Justin know the girl in question was Cindy Kimberly, who has a significant Instagram following herself. So now he can hit up his Instagram crush and ask, "Where are Ü now?"
This could be a sign that Bieber is moving on. Just two days ago, he Instagrammed a "crazy throwback!" with ex Selena Gomez, who is rumored to be dating One Direction's Niall Horan.
