Meet the winners from the #NiceTravelsContest
Mashable recently joined forces with DoubleTree by Hilton to show how nice travels.
The challenge was simple: Tell us something nice a friend has done for you for a chance to win two free nights at DoubleTree by Hilton – one for you and one to give to your deserving friend.
We received hundreds of your amazing stories. From friends who helped out by cooking dinner and those who stepped in after a friend’s surgeries, to stories of willing dog sitters, house cleaners and shoulders to cry on – we certainly were feeling the love. Here’s how our two wonderfully nice winners thanked their deserving friends

Meet Tracey
When Tracey Miller Segarra (right) wasn’t feeling great about turning 50, her friend Pearl Canoville-Douglas (left) helped her celebrate. She writes:
“I didn't want a party and wasn't in the best place that year. She planned an entire day where we went hiking in the beautiful fall weather up at West Point, then brunch in an old stone castle on the grounds, capped off with an amazing massage. And we spent the day talking, laughing and growing closer as friends. It was one of the most thoughtful and wonderful gifts I've ever received.”
