UPDATE: Monday, Nov. 2, 3:30 p.m. AEDT: The house was sold on Friday, Oct. 30 for an undisclosed price.
The cofounder of Australian software startup Atlassian, Michael Cannon-Brookes, has recently moved into a new place. That doesn't mean his old digs are a dive, by any means.
Located in the Sydney suburb of Paddington, Cannon-Brookes snapped up his property for an easy A$7.3 million (US$5.3 million) in 2010 and is now putting it back on the market.
The going price for the place is expected to break a record for the Sydney suburb, according to property website Domain, with estimates coming in at around A$9 million (US$6.5 million). Whether this is nothing more than a grand pipe dream for you or a possible investment for tech-savvy one-percenters, it's worth taking a look at how gorgeous this place is.
When you're done salivating over the pictures below, be sure to check out his new place as well.
