Happiness really does come in small packages. Australians rejoiced today as news broke they can finally complete the text they have been waiting to send to Shezza.
That's right, Apple has added the Australian flag to the emoji keyboard in the iOS 8.3 update. Next year, we might get lucky and score a Southern Cross tattoo and a frangipani.
It's been a long, hard wait -- with many Aussies taking to writing the words *Australian flag emoji* after tweets where it was deemed necessary.

Australia is just one of a bunch of countries that are celebrating its new right to patriotism. New Zealand was stoked to be included in something, Canada lost its mind over the fact it can now celebrate Canada Day, and Aussies took to Twitter to, well, be Aussie.
