One man's trash is another man's Optimus Prime.

Chinese soldiers at the Frontier Corps Logistics Base of China's eastern Jiangsu Province have reportedly converted a military vehicle's spare parts into a 13-foot-high Transformer robot, according to a Twitter account managed by Chinese state television.

The country loves Transformers, with the franchise's latest movie, Transformers: Age of Extinction, grossing more than $300 million. That unseated the previous champ, Avatar.

We're not asking for a fifth Transformers movie, but if Paramount is thinking about making one this guy at least deserves a cameo.

We are attempting to reach out to the Chinese military for more information about this latest threat to world peace and will update if and when we hear back.
