Crackle, Sony's video-sharing network, is launching Moving Targets, which is a new channel for funny sketches, shorts, and animation.

The site has teamed up with some comedy vets in order to provide this channel of premium, produced content. Jerry Zucker's National Banana, Brian Dalton's Mr. Deity and Jennifer Shiman's 30-Second Bunnies Theatre will all be featured on the new Moving Targets channel, which is really aiming to be the Saturday Night Live standard for the web. You'll see a lot of spoof sketches, poking fun at current events and hot topics in the media. Two programs that will be part of Moving Targets are WTF, which is a mixed-media Crackle original, and Script Cops, which makes fun of law enforcement reality TV shows. In related Sony news, the company is looking to beat Apple in the video download market.
