A new poster for Doctor Who's 50th anniversary episode, "The Day of the Doctor," features three regenerations of the Time Lord: Matt Smith, David Tennant and John Hurt.
Hurt's mysterious character will reportedly play a dark, past version of the Doctor in the episode that debuts Nov. 23 on BBC America. The network said this week the episode will run 75 minutes. Smith is the soon-to-be outgoing Doctor, while Tennant is No. 10.
The teaser comes one month after 55-year-old Peter Capaldi was chosen to play the long-standing series' 12th Doctor.
"'The Day of the Doctor' is nearly here," Smith said in a statement. "Hope you all enjoy. There’s lots more coming your way, as the countdown to the 50th begins now."
