Fire broke out in a 63-story hotel located near the Burj Khalifa in downtown Dubai on New Year’s Eve. The fire reportedly started on the 20th floor, and the hotel was evacuated. Initial reports say there have been 14 minor injures, including one person who suffered a heart attack as a result of the stampede to escape the burning building.
