'The eagle has landed': POV video shows eagle's descent from world's tallest building

To highlight the plight of endangered eagles, a group of conservationists with the Freedom Conservation filmed incredible footage of a bird's flight from the top of the world's tallest building.

Darshan, an imperial eagle fitted with a micro video camera, flew from the top of the Burj Khalifa in Dubai on Saturday. His flight from the 2,717-foot-tall tower resulted in the "highest recorded bird flight from a man-made structure," BBC News reported.
