LONDON -- Fans of Eagles of Death Metal, the American rock band that was playing at the Bataclan concert hall in Paris during the wave of attacks on Friday, have set up a Facebook group and Twitter account aiming to get the band to the top of the UK's No. 1 singles chart this week.
The group is asking people to download the band's cover of Duran Duran song "Save a Prayer" before midnight on Thursday.

"We thought it would be a nice gesture to put their brilliant version of "Save A Prayer" to the UK No. 1 spot as a show of support to the band and all of those affected," the Facebook page states.
This week's UK singles chart will be announced on Friday. Sales and streaming from last Friday until this Thursday at midnight will be counted toward the result.
