Yahoo unveiled a major redesign of Flickr's website last week, and now it looks like the company is taking a clever approach to recruiting engineering talent to Flickr's team.
Flickr has added a link to current job postings for engineers and designers in the source code of its redesigned main page:

Of course, you could just as easily type "Flickr jobs" into Google -- or Yahoo, for that matter -- and find the exact same link, but clearly the goal is to reach out to the kinds of users who may be casually checking the source code for Flickr 2.0.
Marissa Mayer has said attracting top talent is a key priority of hers as the CEO of Yahoo. This certainly isn't a bad way to go about it.
